Wire connect

1.Connect data wire(the yellow wire) to P1_1

2.Connect black to ground, connect red to 3.3V vcc.

Set IAR IDE

Right click on project—>Linker—>Output—>format—->Debug information for C-SPY(And check all the checkbox under this field)
